Delete your Any Offline account

This page lets you request deletion of your Any Offline account and the personal data associated with it.

How to request deletion

  1. Fill in the form below with the email address or device identifier linked to your Any Offline account.
  2. Choose the identifier type (email / Google Advertising ID / Android ID / phone number) and submit the request.
  3. Note the request ID shown after you submit — quote it in any follow-up email to us.
  4. We verify ownership of the account and complete the deletion within 7 business days, then email you a confirmation.

Submit a deletion request

Use the same identifier you used in the app. For GAID / Android ID, copy it from the app's settings page.

Data that will be deleted

  • Account profile: email address, password, username, account ID
  • Device binding: GAID, Android ID, phone number
  • Wallet balance and transaction history
  • Task, sign-in, chest, invite and reward records
  • Gameplay records and in-app feedback you submitted

Data we keep, and for how long

  • Purchase and payment records required by tax and consumer-protection law — kept up to 3 years, then deleted.
  • Aggregated statistics that no longer identify you and cannot be linked back to your account.
  • All remaining personal data is removed within 30 days, including backups.
